Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and efficient food preparation.
  • Follow executive or sous chef's instructions and maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
