Global Channel Management, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Monitor Technician to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist instructors in classes, distribute materials, and provide technical support to students in a lab setting.
- Work collaboratively with the Instructor Resource Management team to facilitate electronic testing sessions at client sites.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Stay up-to-date with client requirements and requests for assistance, adapting to changing needs as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of testing areas, schedules, equipment, communications, and risks/constraints.
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Technical aptitude with PC, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Aerospace Production Certification Proctor certification.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support clients 24/7.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
