Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist instructors in classes, distribute materials, and provide technical support to students in a lab setting.
  • Work collaboratively with the Instructor Resource Management team to facilitate electronic testing sessions at client sites.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with client requirements and requests for assistance, adapting to changing needs as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of testing areas, schedules, equipment, communications, and risks/constraints.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Technical aptitude with PC, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Aerospace Production Certification Proctor certification.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support clients 24/7.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
