Automotive Service Technician

The Service Technician is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of vehicle maintenance and repair. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing tire and wheel-related services, conducting oil changes and vehicle inspections, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities- Perform tire and wheel-related services, including balancing and alignment
- Conduct oil changes and vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are in good working condition
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the service department, showroom, and exterior of the building
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with customers, associates, and management
- Ability to use automotive tools, including impact guns and sockets, standard/metric wrenches and socket sets, screwdrivers, and oil filter tools
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, grip, handle, lift/carry up to 60 pounds, and push/pull up to 60 pounds up to 2/3 of the workday
- Ability to lift/carry over 60 pounds and push/pull over 60 pounds up to 1/3 of the workday
- Preferred experience: automotive courses in high school or vocational tech training, high school diploma or GED, and preferred certification (UTI, NASCAR, or ASE)
