We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at UNM Medical Group, Inc. in our Division of Dental Services Residency Clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient service by scheduling appointments, handling receptionist duties, and verifying demographic and insurance information.
- Manage referrals and prior authorizations with insurance carriers to ensure smooth patient service.
- Assist with patient concerns and complaints, acting as a liaison between patients, physicians, and other providers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.
- Preferred: 2 years of dental front desk experience.
