Job Overview

As a Senior Technical Data Analyst at Educology Solutions, you will play a critical role in supporting the configuration team by performing root cause analysis of QNXT data schema related issues. Your expertise in Microsoft SQL Server will be essential in writing and executing complex queries and scripts to support configuration back-end data loads, develop configuration audit reports, and implement validation checkpoints to improve the back-end data load process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute configuration back-end data loads daily, ensuring timely and accurate data synchronization.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to resolve QNXT data-related topics and issues.
  • Support and validate configuration syncs that promote data from the baseline environment to upper environments.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of errors produced within the QNXT user interface application.
  • Perform smoke-testing after product releases to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working with QNXT data schema and master data reference tables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and ability to write complex queries and scripts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Medicaid/MMIS systems, including DDI and operations & maintenance phase.
  • Knowledge of Requirement Traceability Matrices and HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
