We're looking for an Internet Sales BDC Representative to join our Schaumburg Buick-GMC team. As a key member of our Business Development Center, you'll work with new and existing customers to schedule appointments, confirm, and remind of sales appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound appointment calls, emails, and texts for all dealerships
  • Utilize multiple computer systems to set appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service skills and create and maintain customer relationships
  • Work collaboratively as a team player to achieve sales goals
Requirements
  • 1 year of sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
