Position Overview:

Join AMR Corp. in our commitment to delivering exceptional medical care at critical moments. As an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), you will play a vital role in providing urgent medical assistance and ensuring patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine the necessary medical interventions.
  • Deliver emergency medical services using appropriate techniques and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, treatment provided, and ensure confidentiality.
  • Ensure a safe and organized environment for patient care.
  • Operate emergency vehicles in compliance with safety regulations and traffic laws.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and public safety personnel.

Additional Duties:
  • Engage in community outreach programs to enhance AMR's reputation and foster community relationships.

Qualifications:
  • Certification as an Emergency Medical Technician as mandated by the relevant County.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS/CPR) certification.
  • Completion of FEMA ICS 100, 200, 700, and 800 courses.
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination or a valid exemption.
  • Knowledge of emergency vehicle operations and radio communication.
  • Familiarity with medical supplies and equipment used in emergency care.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to confidentiality and discretion in sensitive situations.
  • Valid Oregon State Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
