You will:

- Provide top-notch pest management services following company, manufacturer, and regulatory guidelines for various customer types;

- Foster strong relationships with clients to address their pest control needs effectively;

- Identify opportunities for expanding the customer base;

- Adhere to all product label instructions during service delivery;

- Maintain detailed records of field activities, including service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements;

- Collaborate as an essential member of the branch team.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old; prior pest control experience is not required.

- High School Diploma or GED is necessary.

- Valid driver's license is essential.

- Experience in the home services sector is preferred but not mandatory.


Applicants must maintain a clean driving record and successfully pass a criminal background check, physical examination, and drug screening.


Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
Candidates should be capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations:

- Safely utilize a ladder within the manufacturer's weight limits;

- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs;

- Obtain pesticide licensure during the training period (company-sponsored);

- Access crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc.;

- Work in various weather conditions.
