You will:- Provide exceptional pest management services in compliance with company, manufacturer, and regulatory standards to residential clients;
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers to effectively address their pest control needs;
- Identify opportunities for expanding the customer base;
- Adhere to all product label instructions while performing pest management services;
- Maintain detailed records of field activities, including service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements;
- Collect payments from customers at the time of service, if applicable;
- Collaborate with call center and office personnel to schedule and prioritize services as needed;
- Serve as an integral member of the branch team.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old; no prior pest control experience is required.
- High School Diploma or GED is necessary.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Experience in the home services industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Applicants must maintain a clean driving record and successfully pass a criminal background check, physical examination, and drug screening.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
Candidates should be capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight limits;
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.;
- Access crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc.;
- Work in various weather conditions.
