Qualifications:
Minimum age requirement is 18
High School Diploma or GED is mandatory
Preferred experience of 2 years in home services sales, though not required
Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screening, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check.
Working Environment:
Must obtain the necessary pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment
Ability to bend, stoop, navigate uneven surfaces, climb ladders, reach overhead, and inspect confined spaces
Must work independently in the field and manage route-based responsibilities post-training
Maintain a valid driver's license throughout employment
