Vascular Ultrasound Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Vascular Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at Northwell Health. As a key member of our vascular division, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound examinations and providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Perform ultrasound examinations on patients, including abdominal, OB/GYN, neuro-sonology, pediatric, and vascular physiologic evaluations.
- Use ultrasound technology to assess blood flow and identify potential vascular issues.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ultrasound technology and techniques to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Graduate from an accredited Ultrasound Technologist program.
- Registered ARDMS in abdominal/pelvic ultrasound and RVT in Vascular Technology.
- Minimum one year of hospital experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
