Job OverviewA Residential Property Maintenance Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining and repairing residential properties, ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents. This position requires a skilled and customer-focused individual who can work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional results.

Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Assist in preparing market-ready units and monitor the condition of move-ins for the week.
  • Routine work orders must be responded to within twenty-four (24) hours and completed within the same time frame, when possible.
  • Maintenance of swimming pool, amenity areas, spas, and fountains.
  • Daily cleaning and repair of common areas (including sweeping, washing, and general cleaning).
  • Monitor security - all vacant units, outside doors of the clubhouse, and other maintenance and/or common facilities and amenities.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor with residents.
  • Communicate regularly with the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager regarding issues and recommendations for property improvements.

RequirementsRequirements include but are not limited to:
  • High school education or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in multi-family.
  • HVAC Certification.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, appliance repair, pools and spas, carpentry, and general construction.
