Regional Sales and Business Development Manager

CentiMark Corporation, the nation's largest commercial roofing contractor, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales and Business Development Manager to support our sales teams in the Macon/Statesboro/Albany, GA areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $150k - $200k+, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, our sales professionals are eligible for a comprehensive compensation package, including commission earnings and benefits such as health insurance, vision plan, free life insurance, and retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Bilateral communication with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and performance metrics.
Candidate Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing services and products.
- Experience with CRM software and ability to analyze sales data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
