About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rent and Billing Collections: Draft and deliver Pay or Quit notices as necessary.
  • Maintenance of Properties: Work with the manager to maintain properties in good order and condition.
  • Tenant Retention: Establish and maintain relationships with tenants.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and communicate with tenants and vendors.

Requirements:
