Job SummaryAs a Technical Account Representative at Express Employment, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing our company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client and deal information. You will generate and manage CRM reporting data to support decision-making processes, act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, and collaborate with different departments to plan and execute opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage CRM reporting data to support decision-making processes.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve account issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with different departments to plan and execute opportunities, including managing timelines, resource availability, deliverables, and quotes.

Requirements
  • 0-3 years of sales experience; 5+ years preferred.
  • Previous experience or understanding of the manufacturing, production, or sheet metal industry is a plus.
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/TEAMS, ERP systems, and CRM software is highly preferred.
  • Must exhibit a hands-on, approachable leadership style with a growth mindset.
