About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning equipment and utensils.
  • Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
  • Wash pots, pans, trays, worktables, walls, ranges, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
  • Segregate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Set up, maintain, and work the dishwashing stations at events.
  • Keep all china, glass, and silver in place and in order.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a food and beverage setting required.
  • Valid San Bernardino County Food Handlers Card Required.
  • Basic food service health codes and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to follow directions both verbal and written.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Working Conditions:

This position requires stooping and lifting.
