Job Summary:

ASM Global is seeking a highly skilled Dishwasher to join our team at Toyota Arena. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Scrape and wash dishes, pots, and pans by hand or using a dishwashing machine.
  • Wash and sanitize kitchen surfaces, including walls, floors, and equipment.
  • Segregate and remove trash and garbage, and place it in designated containers.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Set up and maintain dishwashing stations at events.
  • Keep all china, glass, and silver in place and in order.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a food and beverage setting required.
  • Valid San Bernardino County Food Handlers Card Required.
  • Basic food service health codes and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to follow directions and read documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.

Working Conditions:
