Volt Workforce Solutions is actively seeking skilled Wiring Technicians.

Position Overview:
As a Wiring Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring intricate assembly and subassembly operations related to switchboard and switchgear products. Your tasks will include:
  • Executing component wiring schemes that involve PLCs, Circuit Monitors, and various advanced electronic devices.
  • Performing mechanical assembly tasks as required.
  • Working in confined spaces to complete wiring tasks.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols, including OSHA and site-specific standards.

This is a full-time position with a structured schedule.

Wiring Technician Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A solid understanding and hands-on experience in assembly and wiring techniques.
  • The capability to lift and hold assembly components weighing up to 35 lbs. consistently throughout the work period.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and material lists.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or contract environment focused on wiring.
  • A willingness to work overtime on short notice to fulfill customer service needs.
  • A self-motivated and team-oriented mindset.
  • A strong work ethic and a reliable work history.

Shift Details:
This position is available for the evening shift, following a 4-day work schedule.

Compensation:
The pay rate for this role is $20 per hour, with the final offer determined by various factors such as education, experience, location, and specific job responsibilities.
