Volt Workforce Solutions is actively seeking skilled Wiring Technicians.

Position Overview:
As a Wiring Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly and wiring of intricate assembly and subassembly operations for switchboard and switchgear products. Your expertise will include:
  • Assembling and wiring various complex components, including PLCs and Circuit Monitors.
  • Performing mechanical assembly tasks with precision.
  • Working efficiently in confined spaces to complete wiring tasks.
  • Ensuring safety by adhering to OSHA and site-specific regulations.

This role is a full-time opportunity with a structured work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your knowledge of assembly and wiring techniques to complete tasks effectively.
  • Lift and position assembly parts weighing up to 35 lbs as required.
  • Interpret and work from assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment while being self-motivated.
  • Be prepared for occasional overtime to meet production demands.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Proven experience in wiring within a manufacturing or contract setting.
  • A strong work ethic and a reliable work history.
  • Steel-toed footwear for safety compliance.

Shift Details:
This position is available for the evening shift, working a 4-day schedule.

Compensation:
The pay rate for this position is $20 per hour, with variations based on experience and qualifications.
