Position Overview:
As a Wiring Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring various intricate assembly and subassembly operations for switchboard and switchgear products. Your expertise will involve:
  • Executing component wiring schemes that include PLCs, Circuit Monitors, and other sophisticated electronic devices.
  • Performing mechanical assembly tasks with precision.
  • Working in confined spaces to complete wiring tasks.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols, including OSHA and site-specific standards.

This is a full-time position.

Wiring Technician Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A solid understanding and experience in assembly and wiring techniques.
  • The physical capability to lift and hold assembly components weighing up to 35 lbs. consistently throughout the work period.
  • The ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, material lists, and other relevant documentation.
  • Experience in wiring within a manufacturing or contract setting.
  • A willingness to work overtime on short notice to fulfill customer service needs.
  • A self-motivated and team-oriented mindset.
  • A strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

Work Schedule:
Evening shift, following a 4-day workweek.

Shift Details:
(Monday – Thursday 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM)

Compensation:
$20 per hour
