Overview:
The Kurt Mamon - State Farm Agent office is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in the Northside of Chicago area. As a representative, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer.

Compensation: $80,000+ base salary, plus UNCAPPED commissions and bonuses.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who can effectively present, promote, and sell insurance-related products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of MS Office, familiarity with CRM practices, and the ability to build productive business professional relationships. The representative will also be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships, analyzing the territory/markets potential, tracking sales and status reports, and providing quotes for customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed as a Sales Development Representative, you will need to have proven work experience as a sales representative, excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills, prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills, and openness to feedback. Additionally, you must be able to pass all licensing requirements for Property and Casualty and Life/Health.
