Sales Development Representative

At Intecrowd, we're looking for a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for overseeing sales development activities and implementing campaigns and sales-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture business-to-business relationships to uncover and pursue sales opportunities
  • Support partner and customer-facing events and activities
  • Work closely with sales support teams to develop and execute pursuit-specific winning strategies
  • Analyze sales data to refine target markets and messaging
  • Identify and analyze client preferences to direct sales efforts effectively
  • Consult with potential clients to understand their business goals and objectives and how Workday and Intecrowd can help achieve those goals
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to manage partner sales leadership
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
