Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our educational services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to students in pre-K through 12th grade.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop individualized therapy plans to address these needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans and ensure seamless communication.
  • Case Load Management: Manage a moderate case load of diverse students with varying communication needs, prioritizing their needs and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Requirements
  • SLP Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field, valid California SLP license, and proficiency in Spanish (desired but not required).
  • SLPA Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance or a related field, valid California SLPA license, and proficiency in Spanish (desired but not required).
