Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Health. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in helping elementary school children develop their communication and language skills, setting them on a path for success in school and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine the speech and language needs of elementary students.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication disorders, working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals.
  • Provide direct speech therapy services to elementary children in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology, applying this knowledge to inform and improve therapy services.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • CA State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working with elementary school children is preferred, but not required for new graduates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
