Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy to students identified with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Therapy Services: Provide speech and/or language therapy to students identified with communication disorders.
  • Case Management: Maintain accurate service records of students on caseload.
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Evaluate students with suspected communication disorders; make recommendations for speech and language services as needed.
  • Reporting: Provide comprehensive written reports of observations, assessment results, and recommendations within the standards established by state guidelines.
  • Goal Development: Develop speech and language goals in Individualized Education Programs.
  • Collaboration: Develop integrated goals with other education staff for students with multiple or other disabilities.
  • Consultation: Consult with school staff and parents on the inclusion of materials to support speech and language development, or other areas of curriculum related to speech and language.

Requirements:

  • California SLP License: Must be licensed to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of California.
