About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. as a Dialysis Nurse in an outpatient setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing exceptional service to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
