About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and individualized care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
  • Work closely with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings is a plus
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus
