Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

You will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients with end-stage renal disease, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments
• Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between shifts
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in nursing from an accredited institution
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia
• Experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing is preferred, but not required
