Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership to the Division of Pharmacy Practice and Administrative Sciences, fostering a culture of excellence in teaching, research, and service.
- Develop and maintain a competitive research program, securing external funding to support faculty and student research initiatives.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-quality faculty, promoting a diverse and inclusive environment that supports the advancement of pharmacy practice and administrative sciences.
- Collaborate with the Dean and experiential program director to develop and strengthen relationships with practice partners, preceptors, industry, professional organizations, and alumni.
- Lead the development and implementation of the Pharm.D. program, postgraduate education, and training programs, ensuring alignment with the College's strategic plan.
- Pharm.D. and/or Ph.D. degree (or equivalent) with prior residency or fellowship training and Board certification desirable.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, and service, with a strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, promoting a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and collegiality.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex material to students and faculty.
