About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electronic systems and components for use within equipment or machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop electronic systems and components to meet specific requirements and specifications.
  • Support other engineers in the design and development process.
  • Apply knowledge of electronic industry standards and best practices to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronic systems into larger systems.
  • Develop and implement solutions to complex problems and issues.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in electronics design and development.
  • Experience with design and layout of multi-layered, high-density, complex printed circuit boards.
  • Knowledge of electronic industry standards and best practices, including MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and UL Safety standards.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with technical writing and documentation.
  • Experience with software development in high and low-level programming languages.
  • Experience with VHDL or Verilog hardware description language.
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
