Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.

Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Requirements:

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the LPN/LVN practices.

Current Health Certificate (per facility).

Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.

Current BLS card.

One year prior LPN/LVN experience preferred.
