Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Priority Group Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care:
    • Assist in delivering patient care under the direction of registered nurses or physicians.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
    • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
    • Assist in preparing and updating patient care plans.
  • Collaboration and Support:
    • Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
    • Provide support to patients and their families, addressing questions and concerns.
  • Procedures and Protocols:
    • Adhere to established protocols, procedures, and regulatory standards.
    • Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  • Education and Assistance:
    • Educate patients and their families about treatments, medications, and aftercare instructions.
    • Assist in patient rehabilitation activities and daily living tasks if required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Possession of a valid New Jersey Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
  • Additional certifications or specialized training.
