Proposal and Interview Involvement

Assist with providing proposal deliverables under the direction of the Estimator.

Subcontractor Relationships

Establish working relationships with subcontractors and effectively communicate with them to input bidding status.

Continuous Improvement and Educational Learning

Attend industry events and improve existing knowledge of estimating by successfully reading plans and specs, performing takeoff, communicating with subs, and obtaining a basic understanding of Schedule and Estimating.

Schedule Assistance

Assist with data entry in P6/Excel, preparing outputs from Primavera, and developing a clear understanding of schedule layouts and terminology.

Narratives and Presentations

Assist with preparation of narratives and/or presentations.
