Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Therapist to join our team in Wyomissing, PA. As a Mobile Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering individual and family therapy to our clients, working closely with our Clinical Coordinator and Behavior Consultant to ensure the highest quality of care.

About the Role

As a Mobile Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions with clients, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with our team to develop and implement treatment plans. You will also be required to maintain professional licensure and certification in the state of Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions with clients, ensuring a clinically appropriate balance between modalities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, ITPs, and discharge summaries.
  • Collaborate with our Clinical Coordinator and Behavior Consultant to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Participate in all required individual and peer supervision, as well as program staff meetings.
  • Provide crisis assessment and psychological stabilization as needed.
  • Assist in the development of treatment plans and implement interventions in accordance with best practice standards.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in a clinical discipline, including two semesters of formal, supervised clinical practicum experience. You must also have at least one year of experience in the behavioral health field, working with children and adolescents. A Pennsylvania Child Abuse clearance and Criminal clearance, fingerprint-based federal criminal history, and verification that you are not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list are also required.

Salary Estimate

Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this role to be in the range of $28-$35 per hour.
