Compensation & Benefits:

Your Role:
  • Design Customized ABA Programs: Create and implement individualized ABA programs tailored to the specific needs of each child.
  • Collaborative Care: Partner with families and fellow clinicians to ensure the highest standards of care and support.
  • Mentorship: Guide and support Behavior Technicians in delivering outstanding direct services.
  • Data Management: Utilize advanced data collection tools to assess and report on client progress.
  • Experience in ABA: Showcase your skills in developing and executing client programs, ideally within the ABA sector.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate enthusiasm for training and managing entry-level staff.
  • Commitment to Impact: Share our mission to enhance the quality of life for individuals and families affected by autism and special needs.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing client programs, preferably in the ABA field.
  • Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy mentoring and supporting entry-level staff.
  • Must pass a criminal background check, TB test, and have or obtain immunities to MMR/VZV.
