About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Specialist - Board Certified to join our team at Trumpet Behavioral Health. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavioral health best practices
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical services
