Job Summary:
PBS Facility Services is looking for a skilled Facilities Operations Lead to manage the concierge and doorman teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business results.
About the Role:
This key position will oversee team performance, develop strategies to enhance service quality, and foster effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. The Facilities Operations Lead will be responsible for shaping the overall vision and direction of the concierge and doorman services, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead the concierge and doorman teams, promoting a collaborative work environment and fostering open communication.
- (Set clear goals and expectations for the teams, ensuring a consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement training programs to equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
* Operational Efficiency:
- Optimize front-of-house operations to streamline guest experiences, minimize wait times, and maximize staff efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvements to refine service delivery, enhance resource allocation, and drive business results.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in concierge, doorman, or front desk management roles, with a proven track record of success.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business results.
Estimated Salary Range:$55,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
