Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team at TEKsystems. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fortune 500 technology company to support their Operations & Maintenance team in New York, NY.

The successful candidate will be part of the Real Estate & Development (RE&D) AMR field team, working closely with local business leaders, finance, HR, IS&T, and other functional areas. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilities Operations: Manage day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring all facilities are operated and maintained in alignment with established standards and procedures.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords, Property Management companies, and third-party service providers and vendors.
  • Project Management: Lead small capital projects, operations projects, and reconfigurations to ensure successful outcomes with outstanding customer service.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional partners, including HR, IT, Corporate Security, Safety/Emergency Preparedness, and Crisis Management teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in facilities operations, property management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new concepts, processes, and tools.

  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High degree of autonomy and ability to work independently.
