Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Early Morning Stock Associate to join our team at Ross Stores. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process merchandise shipments, including unpacking, stocking, and facing merchandise on the sales floor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including creating visually appealing displays and maintaining a consistent store image.
  • Support the sales floor team by replenishing merchandise, processing returns, and answering customer questions.
  • Participate in inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory, and identifying and reporting discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
