Job Summary

The Early Morning Stock Associate plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring accurate merchandise presentation, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a safe and secure shopping environment for everyone.
  • Treat all customers and associates with respect and courtesy, and be friendly and professional at all times.
  • Assist customers in any way necessary, including answering questions and helping with merchandise.
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and replenishing restroom supplies to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Expedites newly received merchandise receipts to the sales floor with a sense of urgency and merchandises all items per company best practice to the monthly presentation guidelines.
  • Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and customer service.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, associates, and store leadership in a friendly, respectful, and cooperative manner.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
  • Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the store.
  • Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop.
  • Ability to occasionally push, pull, and lift more than 25 pounds.
