Customer Service Lead at Burlington

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient service at the front of lines. This includes directing cashier coverage and customer flow to meet the needs of our customers.

Additionally, you will assist the management team in communicating promotions and company updates to our team members. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a positive impact on our customers' experience.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and validating returns, exchanges, check authorizations, voids, and other transactions
  • Supporting training for new team members
  • Collaborating with the management team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
