Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise front desk operations to guarantee optimal service and guest satisfaction.
2. Train and mentor front desk staff, addressing any issues and fostering a collaborative team environment.
3. Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to maintain high service standards.
4. Ensure accurate check-in and check-out procedures are followed for all guests.
5. Manage financial transactions at the front desk, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts and hotel records.
6. Maintain strong customer relations by staying informed about hotel services and local attractions.
7. Operate communication systems effectively, including managing phone calls and guest requests.
8. Uphold cash handling procedures and maintain accountability for the front desk cash bank.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements
