BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Wound Care Specialist to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes.

As a Wound Care Specialist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families. You will work closely with our team to provide comprehensive wound care services, including wound assessment, treatment, and education.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough wound assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide wound care treatments, including debridement, dressing changes, and wound cleansing
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA
  • Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurse (WOCN) certification required
  • At least one year of nursing experience
  • Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
