Classic Vacations, LLC is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives. The Director of Business Growth will identify and target potential clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities into successful partnerships, resulting in a consistent increase in sales and market share.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data, generate meaningful insights, and make data-driven decisions to inform strategic decisions.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or Communications preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least five years as a successful business development manager.
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships within the travel industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.

**Estimated Salary:** $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
