Position Overview: The Site Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the daily functions at the construction site. The candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience in site operations, demonstrating a history of achieving budgetary goals and completing projects on time. Our focus is strictly on sitework; we do not engage in residential or commercial building projects.

Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-Site Leadership:
    • Direct and coordinate the efforts of construction personnel and subcontractors on-site.
    • Ensure compliance with project specifications, plans, and quality benchmarks.
  • Project Management:
    • Track daily progress and productivity, adjusting plans as necessary to adhere to project timelines.
    • Interpret blueprints and construction documents to ascertain project needs.
