Responsibilities:

  • Learn and apply our proven sales system in the field
  • Present and sell company products to new individuals and groups, building strong relationships and driving sales growth
  • Prospect and contact potential customers, identifying new opportunities and converting them into sales
  • Reach agreed-upon activity goals by a deadline, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments and build a loyal customer base

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in direct, outside, or B2B sales is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time, with a focus on deadline and goal-oriented work

Requirements:

An insurance license or the willingness and ability to obtain one upon hiring
