Position Overview

The Gaming Cashier/Player Services Representative is tasked with managing the redemption of tickets and vouchers, processing chip redemptions, and executing Check Cashing/Cash Advance transactions for patrons, ensuring an enjoyable gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer cash outs, provide accurate change, and respond to inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
  • Accurately count and document assigned funds, facilitating exchanges of currency throughout the shift while ensuring a positive experience for guests.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and manage exchanges with the vault.
  • Verify and record personal identification details for check and cash advance transactions.
  • Complete necessary reports including CTRs, W2Gs, and MTLs.
  • Foster customer relations and ensure the safety and security of both employees and patrons.
  • Act as a Main Banker when required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Preferred experience includes 6 months in cashiering or banking roles.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a license from the regulatory authority to work in the facility.
Availability: Must be willing to work as needed, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
