Job Overview

Ski Haus is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Clothing Sales Specialist to join our team for the upcoming winter season. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet every customer upon entrance into the store, offer assistance, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Process sales, handle customer transactions, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a retail or sales environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Previous experience selling outdoor winter clothing or a strong desire to learn and develop product knowledge.
  • Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
