We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to serve as our Testing Records Manager. This role will provide critical support to our school site administrator in the area of assessment.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the building test coordinator, ensuring the smooth administration of assessments and tests.
- Provide technical support to students, parents, and staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Monitor testing security and enforce testing rules to maintain a fair and secure testing environment.
- Coordinate the use of labs, training for staff, site planning, and resource planning to optimize testing and learning.
- Develop and implement new implementation plans to improve the utilization of building resources.
- Cultivate a respectful working and learning environment, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred.
- Experience in a school setting, with considerable personal computer and office experience.
- General knowledge of computer hardware and software applications, as well as troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently, with good judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
This role requires the ability to sit for prolonged periods, with occasional standing and walking. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds is also required.
