Optometric Assistant

About the Role:

At Visionworks, we're seeking a charismatic and knowledgeable Optometric Assistant to join our Exam Practice team. As a Clinical Specialist, you'll be the face of our patient experience, ensuring every individual receives exceptional care and attention. Your expertise in eye health, preliminary testing, optics, and managed vision care will be invaluable in providing a seamless journey for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate patient records and conduct preliminary testing
Introduce patients to our Optometrists and provide essential information
Transition patients from the doctor to our sales floor, educating and recommending products and services that meet their eye care needs
Execute day-to-day operational activities to support exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals

Compensation:

The compensation range for this role is $17.93 per hour, with eligible bonuses, equity, and commissions. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
